Surrounded by farmland the building has been sympathetically restored from the old byre and turnip shed and is now a stunning place for a relaxing holiday. Situated at Duncanlaw, a working arable farm, the cottage is within walking distance of the picturesque village of Gifford. Nestling at the foot of the Lammermuir Hills it is wonderfully rural and yet only 20 miles from the historic city of Edinburgh.

Our self catering properties range in size from one bedroom cottages to luxury large converted barns sleeping 12 people. We aim to provide quality self catering accommodation and nearly all of our cottages are equivalent to a 4 star grade or above. Many cottages are available for weekend breaks and mid week breaks out of the school holiday season.
