To cope with this growth the major players over the years have tended to use smaller companies, known as computer dealers to serve this market. Computer dealers such as Care Micro Systems, have had therefore to provide a whole range of services in addition to that required of any one supplier. In order to do this they have had to train and maintain a high standard of computer engineer to cover both hardware and software issues in a constantly changing environment.
