 February 06, 2007 HIPS Home Information Packs or HIPS, will be introduced in June 2007. The information packs will be used to replace surveys and searches and to put all relevant information for the buyer into one easy to reach place. Currently buyers have to make formal offers on homes before they are given access to essential information about a property.
